Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Analytics and Business Intelligence department.

  • Develop and maintain complex analytical models and systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Trading Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced E-Trading models across multiple asset classes, leveraging expertise in machine learning, statistics, and mathematics.
  • Model Validation: Conduct thorough validation and testing of E-Trading models, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, informing business decisions and driving strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Quantitative Background: Possess a strong quantitative background, with a PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Economics, Engineering, or Math Finance.
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Statistics, Math Finance, and Machine Learning, with knowledge of algorithmic trading/market making strategies.
  • Coding Skills: Proficiency in Python and kdb+, with experience in coding and data processing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
