Business Intelligence Analyst Role

As a key member of the Business Intelligence team, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking business value from data. You should have expertise in designing, creating, managing, and leveraging large datasets to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform statistical analysis on complex data sets to provide actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust business intelligence reporting solutions using industry-leading tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including database engineers and business analysts, to develop and document business-specific data marts and reporting strategies.
  • Assist in building and deploying OLAP cubes (dimensions, measures, calculated members) based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting environment issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12-15 years of experience in delivering business intelligence content to end-users using various front-end tools.
  • Expert knowledge in SQL, MDX programming, and ETL/Reporting/OLAP tools.
  • Experience in designing data models and data loading processes.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Logical thinker who can work well in teams and individually.
