Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our revenue operations. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth through effective operational management, process improvement, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. They should be able to think holistically while also diving deep into operational details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement RevOps strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and automation
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems to support business growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end
  • Deep expertise with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics
  • Exposure to reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets
