Job Summary:

The Project Procurement Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating and executing supply chain activities for high-value customer projects. Focusing on T2 and T3 projects, the primary objectives are to enhance COST, QUALITY, DELIVERY, SPEED, and CASH results for manufacturing plants and fulfillment centers in global locations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including PSQ, Project Management, Order Management, Category Managers, Production & Inventory Controls, IPM, and Operations, throughout the project lifecycle from quotation to delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and enforce safety standards for a secure work environment.
  2. Participate in bid review meetings, cross-functional kick-off meetings, and follow up on customer projects managed by Project Managers.
  3. Engage with and track customer projects during the pursuit phase, identifying key components, applying supply chain tools, and enhancing leverage to support customer project objectives and timelines.
  4. Partner with Project Managers to ensure comprehensive plans and secure on-time delivery of project orders, adhering to the standard Project Procurement Process and Templates.
  5. Process Change Order Management with Project Managers, identifying costs and lead time impacts with suppliers, and deploy deviations only after customer approval.
  6. Collaborate with P&IC, Category Teams, and Key Suppliers to achieve margin uplift during the pursuit phase and record/report actuals in ProTrack during the execution phase.
  7. Work with Logistics Teams to optimize Logistics Costs on the customer delivery side.
  8. Ensure supplier capacity meets expectations and prices align with budgets during the bidding phase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Project Management Certification preferred.
  • Experience with e-sourcing (ARIBA).
  • Strong capability in planning, analytics, structured problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Persuasive communication, influencing, and negotiation skills (internally and externally).
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, global sourcing, and logistics optimization initiatives.
