Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to oversee our tender process.
This role involves monitoring tender opportunities, advising on participation decisions, and ensuring deadlines and progress are met.
You will contribute by writing tender texts, building a text library, and ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Financial Operations and be proficient in using portals such as GeM and mahatender.
Key responsibilities include filing and application of tenders, reviewing tender documents, and preparing pre-qualification bids.
Additionally, you will oversee the progress of tender projects and ensure appropriate follow-up on submitted tenders.
A strong understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze tender-wise profitability and cost reports is essential.
Maintaining accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes is also a critical aspect of this role.
- Preparation and submission of tender applications (private, government, and corporate)
- Reviewing tender documents and supervising compilation of materials required for bids
- Ensuring preparation of pre-qualification bids with standard company information
- Monitoring bid management to align it with organizational requirements
- Detailed reading and understanding of tenders and related documents
- Ability to comprehend financial statements
- Financial reporting and analysis, including reviewing tender-wise profitability and cost reports
- Ensuring adherence to internal financial controls related to tender business
- Maintaining accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes
- Vendor registration/compliance for third-party vendors
