Job Overview:

This role is focused on developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Wholesale Banking segment, ensuring alignment with internal bank policies and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing processes, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with external vendors to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to post-sanction activities in Wholesale Banking.
2. Ensure all processes are standardized and implemented across the segment and locations, aligning with internal bank policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with external vendors to develop and implement checks and controls to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
4. Conduct periodic reviews of control mechanisms to ensure they remain effective in mitigating risks.
5. Provide specifications for system development and modifications related to transaction team activities.
6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system specifications provided.
7. Train colleagues on process changes to promote awareness and understanding.
8. Review audit reports and RCSA reports to ensure controls are up-to-date and effective.
