Job Title: Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator role is a crucial part of our team. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing the full lifecycle of the requisition process, and ensuring timely acquisition of high-quality talent.
- This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with hiring managers, suppliers, and clients.
- A successful Program Coordinator must be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake process for new requisitions, including gathering detailed job descriptions and distributing them to the supply base.
- Candidate shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding are also key responsibilities of this role.
- The Program Coordinator will document all conversations and interactions in an appropriate database to ensure transparency and accountability.
- This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor performance against contract SLAs and vendor compliance tracking.
- Regular reports and activity updates are necessary to inform stakeholders about the status of requirements and supplier sourcing strategies.
- Able to work independently with some direction, this role demands excellent time management and organization skills.
- This position involves interacting with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and partners, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Qualifications:
- A university degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Mastery of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and PC skills is required.
- VMS (Beeline or Fieldglass) experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for client-facing interactions.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day, this role demands flexibility and adaptability.
