Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled trader to manage our capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across various exchanges.

This role is suitable for both experienced point-and-click traders and those evolving toward automated frameworks. The successful candidate will be expected to trade multiple products, not just single contracts, and take full responsibility for pricing, execution, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating positive cash flow on a consistent basis and with strict risk discipline.
  • Portfolio & Risk Management: Maintaining risk exposure within established firm parameters.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyzing and adjusting strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data. Researching new strategies.
  • Opportunity in Strategy Development: Building and deploying systematic or semi-systematic strategies

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1+ years of buy side trading experience in futures markets at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or family office.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns (specifically types of trading strategies – spread trading, calendar spreads, curve trading, arbitrage, butterflies, etc.).
  • Risk Management: Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Ownership: Full accountability for trading decision-making, PnL, and drawdowns.
  • Adaptability to different markets - the ideal candidate should be able to trade contracts with different underlying assets, diversification encouraged.
  • Key skills: Consistency, structured decision-making, and strict risk discipline.
