About the Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a team of seasoned Learning and Development experts to support the creation and delivery of comprehensive digital learning programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, project management, eLearning development, and other L&D functions. They will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging learning content using various tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing learning ecosystems
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to guarantee exceptional output

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in L&D roles, preferably in enterprise settings
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in multiple L&D disciplines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely
  • Bonus: proficiency in multiple languages, regulated sector experience, or large-scale rollout expertise
