Optimize Paid Campaigns for Growth
We're seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and continuously improve paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for multiple clients to maximize ROI.
- Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for various client campaigns while ensuring optimal performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPA) to inform data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to boost results and efficiency.
- Align campaigns with business objectives, focusing on lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Provide actionable insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.) to support business strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain expertise.
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably within an agency setting.
- Detailed knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies to deliver effective solutions.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards to measure campaign success.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and accountability.
- Strong analytical mindset and ROI-focused approach to drive business growth.
- Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a valuable asset.
