Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Office Assistant to provide exceptional support and ensure smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing the front desk, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming and outgoing courier/mail. In addition, they will assist with organizing meetings, bookings, and logistics, maintain office supplies and pantry items, and manage conference room bookings.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
