We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as an Oracle EPM Technical Consultant.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Oracle EPM applications, particularly Essbase, PCMCS/EPCM, and PBCS. They should be well-versed in designing and configuring Oracle EPM modules, including configuration, data management, and reporting.

  • Design and configure Oracle EPM modules, including configuration, data management, and reporting.
  • Configure and customize EPM modules, defining cost drivers, allocation rules, and reporting structures.
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle EPM, its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities with other Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Manage data mappings, validations, and transformations within EPM and integrate it with other systems.
  • Ensure that the EPM solution aligns with the organization's business processes and objectives, particularly in areas like cost allocation, profitability analysis, and profitability reporting.
  • Implement Oracle PCM/EPCM, designing allocation rules, building custom (MDX) rules and allocation rules, and fine-tuning for performance.
  • Work on direct integration to ERP GL and other EPM applications using Data Management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement Oracle EPM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy EPM solutions.
  3. Analyze business requirements and develop effective EPM solutions.
Requirements
  • MBA Finance or Bachelor's Degree in computer or IT related subject.
Technical Skills:
  • 10+ years EPM/PCM experience in administration, design, analysis, development, and Support of applications.
  • Experience in PCM with strong Application Development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite.
  • PBCS Business rules - Design, Development and performance tuning.
  • Metadata integration with EDMCS and custom files for EPM modules - PBCS & PCMCS.
  • Batch processes using epmautomate tool for EPM modules - PBCS & PCMCS.
  • Requirement Gathering & Solution Design - PCM.
  • Hands on experience in configuration of rules and rulesets in PCM.
  • Data management skills to create data load rules, mappings and loading of data.
Preferred Skills:
  • FCCS, EPRCS, ARCS.
  • SQL, PL/SQL, Autosys Scheduling, Unix/Windows Shell Scripting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in Oracle EPM applications, good finance modules experience, and knowledge of ITIL concepts. They should be flexible to work for long hours, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and understand business objectives and organization structure.
