Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading project planning, coordination, and implementation within the defined scope, timeline, and objectives. They will effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a comprehensive project timeline and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project deliverables and track progress systematically.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders or team members on project progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members with assigned tasks.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of project activities.
  • Lead and manage all MEP activities across projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems).
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Promote energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with green building practices and energy codes is an asset.
