As a Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant, you will work side-by-side with a collective of thinkers and experts to develop products that create value and deliver company results across critical areas of business.

Your Role

  • Take ownership of driving self and team effort across all phases of a project lifecycle.
  • Translate business requirements into technical terms and design, build, and manage technology solutions that solve business problems.
  • Apply development methodologies and best practices to ensure successful and timely completion.
  • Partner with project leads and program leads to deliver projects and assist in project management responsibility.
  • Collaborate with global team members and manage a team of diverse skill sets.
  • Lead task planning, distribution, and reporting to seniors.
  • Manage direct and indirect client communications.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related disciplines.
  • 3-6 years of relevant consulting-industry experience.
  • Knowledge in developing and configuring code in Informatica MDM, Informatica PIM, STIBO MDM, or Reltio.
  • Proven abilities in writing SQL queries, data analysis, data quality analysis, and creating customizations with Java or JavaScript.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Additional Skills

  • Deep understanding of data management best practices and data analytics.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest technologies related to cloud platform services, visualization, and data management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations.
