Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of high-impact legal work, including client negotiations, IP protection, risk management, and data privacy compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements.
  • Support ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
  • Contribute to internal compliance, IP protection, and risk management frameworks.
  • Liaise with external counsels, partners, and regulators when needed.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, an LL.B. degree, strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation, and understanding of software licensing, technology transfers, and data privacy.

  • Able to manage multiple legal matters autonomously.
