Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city, onboarding schools onto our platform, verifying class schedules and details, and providing excellent customer service to parents.

  • Establish and maintain strong connections with schools and activity providers, ensuring they understand the value of our platform and can benefit from it.
  • Call and onboard schools, explaining how our platform works and gathering accurate information about their classes.
  • Verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp, and provide support to parents who have submitted inquiries.
  • Maintain basic reports of your outreach and feedback, ensuring that we can continuously improve our services.
Requirements:

This role requires excellent spoken communication in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively over phone and WhatsApp. A friendly, empathetic, and confident demeanor is essential when interacting with customers and stakeholders.

Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles is preferred. A graduate degree (any stream) or currently pursuing studies and available part-time is also desirable.
