Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop metrics for our ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Design and Run Experiments: Design and execute experiments, turning results into product decisions within the same week.
  • Build Source-of-Truth Dashboards: Create data models so teams can self-serve answers.
  • Instrument Events: Work with engineers to improve data quality and latency.
  • Prototype Quick Models: Improve matching and scoring using baseline and gradient boosting models.
  • Evaluate Large Language Model (LLM) Agents: Design rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 0–2 years in data science/analytics or similar; Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • Strong SQL; Python for analysis; comfort with experiment design and causal thinking.
  • Communicates effectively with engineers, product managers, and leadership; turns analysis into actionable insights.
  • Nice-to-haves: dbt, dashboarding (Hex/Mode/Looker), marketplace or search/recommendation metrics, LLM/agent evaluation.
