About the Position

We are looking for a seasoned expert in AI and data science to spearhead innovative projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cutting-edge solutions for portfolio management, compliance, risk assessment, client onboarding, and investment advisory.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Develop sophisticated machine learning pipelines, leveraging tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI GPT.
  • Develop detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories with technical depth, ensuring seamless integration with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI, NLP, and data visualization, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with at least 2 years in AI/ML-related initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science (Python).
  • Proven experience in the Asset and Wealth Management industry.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, machine learning pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Ability to write detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories with technical depth.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization or analysis tool.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
