Chief Paid Social Media Manager

About the Role:
You will oversee the execution and support of building a comprehensive strategy for all paid social channels, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
Perform in-depth cross-functional analysis to identify opportunities for budget allocation across channels, devices, and campaigns.
Drive campaign improvement and be accountable for performance against monthly targets while coaching team members.
Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test and learning.
Oversight of the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams, including measurement, attribution, creative, marketing, and product.
Collaborate with local marketing teams and provide clear guidance on how to best execute local tactics.
Contribution to the improvement of best practice guidelines and sharing digital expertise across teams within the organization.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
- Strong App acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience.
- Proven ability to lead projects, instruct teams, and manage various stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
