Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will plan, execute, and manage daily social media activities across multiple platforms. They will design, run, and optimize paid campaigns to generate quality leads and collaborate with the creative designer to deliver high-converting ad creatives.

The successful candidate will write engaging ad copies, campaign content, and captions that connect with students and parents. They will track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Design and run paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the creative designer to deliver high-converting ad creatives.
  • Write engaging ad copies, campaign content, and captions that connect with students and parents.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage prospective students.
  • Align closely with the Admissions & Outreach team to ensure lead quality and conversion optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management and paid marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO basics and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
