Real Estate Professional

This is a full-time position located on-site in Mumbai. The day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties; providing exceptional customer service; conducting market research to identify suitable properties; and managing negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in acquiring, disposing of, and leasing real estate assets
  • Provide outstanding client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to identify opportunities for property investment
  • Manage transactions between buyers and sellers with professionalism and integrity

The Real Estate Professional will also be responsible for maintaining an updated database of available properties and promoting them through various marketing strategies. Key Qualifications:
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Possession of a valid real estate license
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills to close deals

  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
