  • Drive the acquisition process by tracking assets across deal lifecycle phases.
  • Apply in-depth market knowledge to underwriting decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Real Estate or Finance specialty a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in underwriting, brokerage or real estate disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven track record of success in academic or professional settings.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external professionals.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Prioritize multiple deadlines while delivering high-quality results under tight constraints.
