Eligibility:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to build and scale fellowship and campus-led initiatives, ensuring seamless program delivery. Responsibilities include recruitment, campus relations, stakeholder management, operations and program delivery.

To apply:

  • Graduate from top engineering, commerce, science or arts college
  • 4-5 years of work experience in relevant roles like Program Manager, Campus Relations Lead, Community Lead, Operations Manage
  • Strong track record of managing end-to-end programs (recruitment, operations, stakeholder management)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and onboarding: Manage student selection processes, build relationships with colleges and universities, conduct workshops and presentations

- Stakeholder management: Handle interactions with college POCs, internal teams and students

- End-to-end program management: Plan, execute and deliver fellowship programs, design program structures and operating frameworks
