About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for conducting medical check-ups of community members through outreach programs at Medical Camps, adhering to a visit schedule.
  • The successful candidate will be in charge of supervising and ensuring the availability of inventory and supplies of medications, reagents, and equipment as needed.
  • A key aspect of this role is conducting home visits for elderly, severely ill patients, and individuals with disabilities.
  • Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and facilities is essential for timely and appropriate referrals.
  • Analysing patient data and providing counseling sessions as required is also a crucial part of this job.
  • Management of the team and their professional development is another key responsibility.
  • Ensuring efficient use of available resources at the Medical Camp is also a priority.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to relevant treatment protocols are essential duties.
