Job Profile:

  • Develop and provide solutions to clients based on their requirements.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads, tag them on broadcasts, and news articles.
  • Increase client base by meeting new clients, taking references from existing investors, and building Asset Under Management (AUM).
  • Initiate portfolio reviews of existing investors in a timely manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors and keep them updated on primary and secondary market trends.
  • Share regular updates with investors regarding schemes, research papers, etc.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with regional marketing teams and product teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent socializing and relation-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to explain complex information simply.
  • Confident individual with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze client requirements and have strong logical and numerical abilities.
  • Ability to handle stress, follow procedures, and maintain emotional stability.
  • Identify opportunities for greater profit.
  • Follow guidelines and compliance needs, and respond to documentation requests.

Candidate Profiles:

  • 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory.
  • Possession of requisite certifications is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to various wealth instruments, including insurance, fixed deposits, mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), etc.
  • Proven track record of AUM generation.
  • AUM size of at least 30 crores.
