About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workplace operations in the South-East Asia region, ensuring local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices.

This role requires a strong knowledge of Corporate Real Estate principles and practices, excellent project management and organizational skills, proficient interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building, analytical skills for budget management and operational efficiency assessment, and the ability to foster and leverage strategic relationships across functions and regions.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business needs within the local portfolio and recommend value-driving solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset to build and nurture successful business relationships with various functions, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Workplace APAC in managing workplace operations in the South-East Asia region.
  • Ensure local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices.
  • Manage the annual operational budget while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Anticipate business needs within the local portfolio and proactively recommend Corporate Real Estate (CRE) value-driving solutions.
  • Build and nurture successful business relationships with various functions, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver effective CRE services.
