Global Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to join our team as a Global Payroll Specialist. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various countries, including the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits to employees according to local regulations and company policies. This involves coordinating with HR, finance, and other departments to gather payroll data, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.

You will also review and verify payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax laws and regulations. Additionally, you will prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other statutory requirements to relevant authorities in each country.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Years of experience in global payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company or payroll service provider.
  • Deep understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
