IoT Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IoT Solutions Architect to design and develop cutting-edge IoT architectures and frameworks that support scalable and secure IoT deployments.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IoT protocols, platforms, and frameworks, as well as hands-on experience with IoT device management, edge computing, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop IoT architectures and frameworks that support scalable and secure IoT deployments.
  • Lead the implementation of IoT solutions, including device management, data analytics, and integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative IoT solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility and potential business value.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations in IoT solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an IoT Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing complex IoT solutions.
  • Expertise in IoT protocols, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN).
  • Hands-on experience with IoT device management, edge computing, and data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their IoT services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified IoT Specialty) preferred.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, smart cities, or agriculture is a plus.
