Data Strategist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop predictive models and data-driven features – recommendation systems, natural language processing, and generative AI.
  • Collections, cleaning, and analyzing structured + unstructured data to uncover valuable insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Rapidly test ideas in notebooks, then productionize models using MLOps best practices.
  • Design experiments (A/B tests, evaluation pipelines), define key performance indicators, and continuously improve model performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure data and AI capabilities support real-world use cases.

For this role, we seek an individual with 2–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer (startup or product environment a plus). You should have strong programming skills in Python, comfort with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face. Experience with data pipelines and storage is essential.

  • Proficient in machine learning frameworks and libraries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
