Electrical Systems Designer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing electrical systems, preparing design documents and specifications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

The Electrical Design Engineer will conduct power distribution design, participate in project planning, and collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing electrical systems: Create electrical system designs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing design documents and specifications: Develop and maintain accurate and detailed design documents and specifications.
  • Conducting power distribution design: Design and implement power distribution systems that meet project requirements.
  • Participating in project planning: Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Requirements

  • Electrical Design and Design Engineering skills: Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and design engineering practices.
  • Proficiency in Electrical Engineering principles and knowledge of Electricity: In-depth understanding of electrical engineering principles and electricity fundamentals.
  • Experience in Power Distribution systems: Proven experience in designing and implementing power distribution systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field: Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus: Relevant certifications or licenses may be advantageous but are not required.
  • Experience in the construction or engineering consultation industry is beneficial: Prior experience in the construction or engineering consultation industry is desirable but not essential.
