User Research Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented User Research professional to join our team.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting user research using interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns in user behaviors, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating with Product Managers and teams to integrate user insights into the product development process.
- Presenting research findings to stakeholders and ensuring user-centric decisions are made during product development.
Ideal Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in research methods and tools (e.g., usability testing software, survey tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present research findings.
This is an entrepreneurial environment where everyone works collaboratively and operates with autonomy.
This role offers minimal supervision and maximum freedom.
