About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Support Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional support in various areas, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and training programs.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate employee training programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field with a specialization in Human Resources.
- A diploma in Social Welfare, demonstrating your understanding of social dynamics and community engagement.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field or as a fresher.
We prefer candidates with:
- A full-time work arrangement.
This position requires in-person work arrangements.
