Key Performance Driver
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding market share across the region. This includes developing strategic relationships with key accounts, project stakeholders, and influencers in the construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Growth: Build strong relationships with developers, architects, PMCs, and turnkey contractors to promote and specify products in projects.
- Business Forecasting: Forecast sales, build a robust project pipeline, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for products.
- Market Expansion: Identify and convert new key accounts and projects in untapped territories.
- Product Advancement: Conduct product presentations, site trials, and technical engagements to drive product adoption.
- Market Development: Lead market development activities focused on drywalls, including new applications, customer awareness, and loyalty programs.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and specifications to position as the preferred solution.
- Project Execution: Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador for drywalls, enhancing brand presence through effective field engagement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred
- Experience: 4–8 years of sales and key account management experience
