Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Ab Initio professional to join our team as an Enterprise Data Integration Specialist.

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale data integration solutions using Ab Initio software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, ETL processes, and database management systems. Experience with Shell Scripting, Unix, SQL, and Linux commands is highly desirable.

In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring production Ab Initio jobs, diagnosing complex issues, and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. You will also be expected to tune Ab Initio graphs and components to optimize execution time and resource utilization.

Furthermore, you will analyze logs, error messages, and system metrics to identify performance issues, implement performance enhancements, and develop minor enhancements or bug fixes to existing code as required.

In addition, you will maintain and update technical documentation, run books, and support materials to ensure knowledge sharing and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize large-scale data integration solutions using Ab Initio software.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience with Ab Initio, skills: Shell Scripting, knowledge in Unix/SQL/Linux commands.
