Job Title: Senior Engineering Director

This role is responsible for leading a team of software engineers to develop and maintain complex systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide teams effectively.

About this Role:
  • Guide partnership with stakeholders to determine customer user requirements within and across teams.
  • Lead efforts for architecture of complex product solutions.
  • Identify dependencies for a product application service or platform.
  • Act as an expert to others for deployment in appropriate environments and automating deployment tasks.

This role also involves people management responsibilities including driving employee growth and development executing projects and managing performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with coding languages such as C Java JavaScript or Python and strong leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
