Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Engineer to drive quality assurance for our cutting-edge educational platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans for adaptive workflows, APIs, and web applications.
  • Implement automated testing strategies for data analytics, user journey validation, and cross-platform data synchronization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain performance, integration, and end-to-end tests using JavaScript and related frameworks.
  • Create test automation pipelines using Jest as the primary framework; leverage Cypress or Playwright for E2E testing as needed.
  • Use JavaScript and Node.js for mocking, stubbing, and validating APIs, Azure Functions, and database interactions (Cosmos DB).

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced hands-on experience with Jest (unit, integration, and automated testing), plus working knowledge of Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
  • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar tools).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in software quality assurance with a strong focus on JavaScript-based test automation.
  • Prior experience with adaptive content, user personalization, learning analytics, role-based permissions, and marketplace/monetization workflows.
