**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Executive to join our team at GIRNAR CARE PRIVATE LIMITED. As an Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or telemarketing industry.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects and opportunities for business growth.
  5. Manage and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  7. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  9. Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, conferences, and trade shows.

**Requirements**

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or telemarketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
