**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Executive to join our team at GIRNAR CARE PRIVATE LIMITED. As an Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or telemarketing industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects and opportunities for business growth.
- Manage and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, conferences, and trade shows.
**Requirements**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or telemarketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
