We are seeking a skilled Digital Fundraiser to lead our Google Ads campaigns and drive donation growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crowdfunding and performance marketing, with expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.
  • Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.

Key Metrics for Success include achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns, steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
