Product Ownership Expert

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst with a strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP development/implementation and exposure to product building.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer and operational data to uncover trends, measure product performance, and identify opportunities to optimize workflows.
  • Business & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs, pain points, and expected outcomes; map processes; and translate requirements into user stories.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage the full lifecycle from concept to implementation, and lead sprints to deliver measurable business value.
  • ERP Implementation & Solution Design: Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and related system integrations, designing scalable workflows and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, communicate roadmaps and priorities, and ensure delivery aligns with KPIs and business expectations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of working in startup environments or dynamic organizations.
