Job Opportunity: Data Driven Insights Specialist

About the Role:

This pivotal position is centered around driving data-driven insights and automation across the business, focusing on supply growth through analytics. The successful candidate will play a key part in enabling supply expansion by designing automation frameworks, unlocking data-driven insights, and promoting the adoption of analytics tools.

The position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into actionable business outcomes, streamline reporting processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level. As part of this role, you will drive strategic cross-functional initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans:
  • Enhance supply-side performance and optimize business processes through effective strategy execution.
  • Lead Analytics Adoption:
  • Roll out Tableau across the supply organization, ensuring effective adoption and usage.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights:
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply team.
  • Design Automation Workflows:
  • Implement automation workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leverage Analytical Capabilities:
  • Utilize tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7-10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
