Senior Manager – SAP (P2S & S2P)

Job Description

Ambitious individuals are sought after to take up the position of Senior Manager – SAP (P2S & S2P) at a renowned global aerospace and defence technology leader driving innovation and digital transformation.

The selected candidate will lead the SAP P2S & S2P functional teams effectively, manage a team of 10 to 20 SAP functional and technical resources, and demonstrate strategic and visionary leadership through strong communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end integration between functional and technical teams to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with customers to understand needs, support business change, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Adapt SAP functional management to align with the digital governance development model.
  • Publish periodic metrics to all key stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of extensive SAP experience, with deep expertise across modules and processes.
  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in managing SAP resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Recognized subject matter expert in multiple SAP applications, with strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and project life cycle.
  • Strong skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
