Job Title:

A Senior Technical Architect is required to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Moodle LMS solutions.

  • This role involves managing upgrades, plugin/theme development, API integrations, and performance optimization.
  • The ideal candidate will architect and manage scalable, secure applications on Cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable).
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing system architecture, backups, disaster recovery, and security compliance.
  • Additionally, this role requires setting up and managing source code repositories and CI/CD pipelines using Git/Bitbucket.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Client stakeholders) is essential to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Mentoring and guiding developers/administrators, performing code reviews, and enforcing best practices are also crucial aspects of this role.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across LMS, integrations, and hosting environments is a key responsibility.
  • The ideal candidate must ensure adherence to security, compliance, performance, and monitoring standards.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is vital.
  • Project execution by creating project plans, tracking timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery is also required.
  • Providing thought leadership by evaluating new technologies, tools, and approaches to enhance product delivery is an important aspect of this role.
