Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with our Practice head in developing new payment themes and transforming them into actionable propositions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Practice head to ideate on innovative payment solutions and help convert them into compelling propositions.
  • Engage with account teams to identify leads and address inefficiencies, capturing insights that can be pitched as value-added propositions.
  • Create high-quality propositions within a specified timeframe and schedule meetings with relevant client stakeholders.
  • Analyze OB, revenue numbers per account, and across accounts to identify gaps/drops and follow up with the accounts.
  • Demonstrate expertise in real-time payments, domestic ACH, domestic Wires, cross-border wires.
  • Stay up-to-date on ISO 20022 standards.
  • Have hands-on experience with at least one vendor platform, such as GPP, OPF, UP, EPS, Pep+, VolPay, IPF.
  • Publish high-value thought papers showcasing our expertise in payments.
  • Collaborate with CoEs to create joint papers and demo artefacts.

  • Significant experience in the payments domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Skills:
  • Familiarity with multiple vendor platforms.
  • Experience in producing thought leadership content.
