Enterprise Solutions Architect

An Enterprise Solutions Architect is a strategic leader responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that meet an organization's business objectives.

This role provides a broad, technical view of how technology fits into the enterprise IT landscape, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business strategy. The Enterprise Solutions Architect will lead the development and governance of enterprise-wide technology solutions, aligning capabilities with the company's technology roadmap and digital transformation goals.

  • Platform Strategy: Define and maintain the enterprise-wide platform architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business strategy.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Develop and enforce governance frameworks, design principles, and coding standards for the platform. Oversee architecture reviews and change control processes to ensure consistency and compliance across the life cycle of the implementation.
  • Integration & Interoperability: Lead the integration of proposed technology solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, cloud services) to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical leadership and mentorship to technical teams. Guide teams in designing high-quality solutions, and offer oversight on complex configurations and custom development to ensure they meet performance and security requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT executives, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
