Executive Leadership Opportunity: We are seeking an accomplished leader at the Vice President level to oversee large-scale operations and drive strategic growth.

Job Overview: This senior leadership role requires a seasoned executive with deep domain expertise in Insurance and/or BFSI, as well as strong operational leadership skills and a proven track record of transformation delivery across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale operations and drive performance excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level clients and internal partners.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage global transitions and implement governance models aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Insurance (P&C preferred), BFSI, or related domains, with senior leadership experience.
  • Global Exposure: Experience working with US/NA clients and understanding regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ FTEs).
  • Transformation: Hands-on experience with automation, tech-led transformation, and process reengineering.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong P&L management and budget oversight experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple client and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience with large global service providers or captives in Insurance/BFSI.
  • Exposure to complex organizational structures and global delivery environments.
