Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to lead the integration of IBM Maximo with our SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IBM Maximo (EAM), hands-on experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and strong architectural design skills.

The Technical Architect will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing secure and scalable API-based integrations to enable seamless interoperability between Maximo and our cloud-native mobile/web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of IBM Maximo integrations with our SaaS products.
  • Define integration patterns and frameworks leveraging REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware where required.
  • Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions.
  • Map Maximo business processes and data models to our workflows (Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
  • Establish API governance, authentication mechanisms, and data synchronization strategies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years focused on IBM Maximo architecture and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of IBM Maximo data model, business processes, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
  • Proven expertise in designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs for Maximo.
  • Hands-on experience with MIF (Maximo Integration Framework) in past projects.
  • Experience with API management tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SAP integration alongside Maximo.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
