Financial Management Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bookkeeper to perform day-to-day tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients' accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios with accuracy and timeliness.
- Create financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Provide expert advice on financial matters, including tax compliance and financial planning.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve financial issues effectively.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with proficiency in XERO software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as tax compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
