As a skilled Test Automation Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our data-driven solutions. We are seeking an individual with strong hands-on experience in test automation, focusing on data validation and transformation logic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated scripts in Python to build and simulate a Golden Model within SQL Server databases.
  • Create and validate synthetic test data using appropriate Python-based frameworks, including YData-Synthetic, SDV, Gretel-Synthetics, SynthCity, DoppelGANger, and Solid.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure adequate test coverage for high-quality data delivery.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery of data-driven solutions.
  • Identify, track, and document data-related defects and inconsistencies in the system.
  • Contribute to the design of reusable SQL-based test frameworks and strategies for efficient data testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience in test automation, with a focus on data validation and transformation logic.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language, particularly in at least one of the following synthetic data generation frameworks: YData-Synthetic, SDV, Gretel-Synthetics, SynthCity, DoppelGANger, and Solid.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts, including MS SQL Server.
  • Experience in CI/CD environments and integrating test scripts into automated pipelines for seamless data delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex data-related challenges.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with GE Plant Applications for enhanced efficiency.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server for streamlined database management.
