We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Gurugram, India. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of approximately ₹25 lakhs per annum.

Job Description:

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex digital solutions for our clients using the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CX platforms and a passion for building cutting-edge solutions that optimize business processes.

  • Lead technical design and development of CX digital implementations, adhering to best practices and Salesforce Well-Architected principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures, including custom objects, processes, workflows, and integrations.
  • Develop automation solutions using SF Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Create technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials.
  • Mentor junior team members and stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and advancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core features, including AppExchange, Process Builder, Workflow Builder, and API.
  • Expertise in Apex and Visualforce development.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
