Role: Senior Associate Recruitment

Location: Pune (5 days wfo)

About the role:

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in technology recruitment with expertise in SAP, Salesforce, Workday and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for technical and enterprise-level roles, a deep understanding of the software landscape, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

· Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through various channels including social media, networking events, and job boards.

· Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from job requisition through to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

· Market intelligence and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions related emerging technologies talent to adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.

· Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide guidance on the hiring process, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

· Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

· Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in IT recruiting, with a focus on SAP, Salesforce, and Workday will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and the specific skills and qualifications as per emerging market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
